Who should you listened to and get advice from? Who can give you the help, advice and the emotional support you need in achieving your goals? Who should you let influence your thinking? After all, you can't do everything yourself, so you will need help from others.

The important thing is to listen to the right people. If your goal is to become financially independent, then is it best to rely on the advice of someone who has never achieved that goal? Think about that for a moment.

Friends and family are often well intentioned, but have they aspired to much, or do they spend their lives watching instead of doing? Some of them may never have paid the price to achieve success...and they probably never will. Can they give you help, give you good advice and the emotional support you need to achieve your success goals? Can they teach all the skills, knowledge and give you the guidance you need to become financially independent?

Think about this honestly. If you turn to them for advice, what can they tell you? How can they help? Is their experience what you need to succeed?

The point I'm making is; your friends and family all want the best for you. Their motives and intentions are good, but like all of us, they see the world through their own fears, faults, and failures... they are guided by their own feelings.

No man is an island. There will be times when friends and family can be of great help, but be careful taking advice if they have not already achieved what you are setting out to achieve.

Know who to rely on, know who to seek advice from... be a self-starter and take control of your own destiny.

I believe we can learn more from the experiences of others than we have time on this earth to discover for ourselves. Keep an open mind and find a way to learn from those who have already been there. Trust the experience of those people, above those who haven't done what you want to do.

Always put your ultimate trust in yourself.

Howdy, ya!

It has been a while since I updated and I think ya should know the reason. (too busy with school). I have been spending about 4 hours of hw each night. blahh...so tired. Anyway, it is weekend now so I just wanted to drop a few lines to keep in touch with ya.

We had a field trip to the San Antonio Museum of Art today. The purpose of the trip was to discover the artifacts for the upcoming projects. (n yes, I want you to wish me "good luck"). I had the great time discovering artifacts and spending time with my group. Riaz's mom was a great chaperon. Thanks to you, Mrs. Hussain!

When the clock structed 11:30AM, we loaded the bus and head to Mr. Gatti's. Oh man, the food were yummy in my tummy. I had to eat as fast as I could to increase the amount of time to play some games. My tickets worthed a "squizzy" ball, an airplane model, and some candies. (yea...i'm not a professional player) We arrived back to school around 2:00PM.

After school, my friend Jason and I went discovering and I enjoyed another fun time. I tried to hunt for a rabbit. We walked along the wood to the Rittiman Road. We visited the gas station and Korean Market. Later, we met the East Terell Hill Elementary School that commenced me of my childhood time when I was in Elementary. That playground, those monkey-bar, those swings, and slides brought me back to the early time when I was a "child" and have many treasured memories. In otherwords, I miss those old teachers and would like to give special thanks to each of them for helping me proccesing and meeting my goals. On the other hand, I hope all my old friends are doing well and still rememember me . Time passes by quite fast! It has been 4 years since I graduated from Elementary.

My major plan for this weekend is get all my homework and extra credits work done successfully. After that, I need to clean and organizing my room. (wanna help me? I know u do). If I have spared time I might connet and set up the new lawn mower. Fun, huh??

Hello, everyone!

As we can notice, people are deeply regret for those hurricane katrina victims. The disaster has seperated people away from another world of soul and calamity. It seems like it has been the difficult years since 9/11/01, when the terrorized attacked hit New York. Most people lost jobs and family, and soem even lost both. On the other hand, many unauspicious events are affected by these turmoil--tock prices plumped, kidnapping happend mroe often, and gasoline prices soared. I wish one day, out world will be a "pefect world" that filled with peace, love, and happiness. All people love one another and all pain and suffers end.

My purpose for writing this blog is to hold our community together and attempt to help those victims. In other words, please take actions to help those who really need them.
